Pluto conjunct Uranus

Breaking all the rules

Kelli Fox

You'll have a hard time finding a love that lasts during this two-to-three-year transit, because your urge to connect will be overshadowed by an even stronger desire to throw off restrictions -- including those that come along with commitment, expectation and so on. Let's face it: if you go out with someone new and you have a great time together, there's an expectation that you'll see each other again and try getting to know each other better. If you go out together two or three times and things are still going well, those expectations increase; your special someone might start thinking of you as their regular date, instead of just a casual, open-ended encounter.

And that's the point when, during this transit, you'll start to feel really, really itchy. As soon as a relationship starts to look like it has a chance of sticking around, that's when you'll feel the urge to bolt. Another possibility is that, if you've been playing the dating game according to the 'rules' as you understand them, all of a sudden, those rules will no longer apply. You want to do things your own way, and you don't want anyone's advice, however well-meaning, to hold you back.
