Juno conjunct Pluto

A powerful commitment

Kelli Fox

If you get romantically involved with someone really special during this transit, you can expect the relationship to rock your world. You might think you want a sweet, relaxed affair, but that's not what you're going to get! This is going to cause changes deep down in your soul, ones that will stick with you even if the relationship ends.

And all your romantic relationships will affect you at a deep level during this time. Strong feelings for someone will stir your deepest sexual responses, and you'll truly experience the connections among body, soul and heart. Even someone you're not initially physically attracted to could spark your desire if they become important to you on an emotional level. Their love will help you connect deeply not only with them, but with yourself. The experience of loving them will transform you, heart and soul. Just make sure that falling in love doesn't mean handing over your personal power, or trying to dominate your lover. Power struggles within your most important romantic relationship could result from the energy of this transit. Obsessiveness is another likelihood; you just won't be able to stop thinking about this amazing person!

Please check a synastry chart for both my friend: Micheal November 23, 1973 @ 4:53 a.m. Colbourn Ontario, Canada and me: December 21, 1967 @ 10:37 a.m. Alexandria Louisiana, USA. To see any difficulties and/or goodness aspects that we should be aware of. Please and thank you.
May you have exceedingly higher love and greater wisdom everyday.
    Katherine & Micheal.

That’s happening for me from next August, 11th.
Juno will conjunct my Vénus, then my Pluto and Mercury while transit Jupiter will travel on my vertex and my progressed Descedant will conjunct Venus.

I have other transits, progressions happening which can highlight “love”.
I have been too much into astrology the last few months, and I put this date into my calendar and if nothing happen (business, socially or friendly) I think i will give up.

  3. Kelli Fox on July 27, 2016 at 9:20 am

Yes, I understand about wanting to give up if the astrological influences don’t happen as you expect. I have learned over the years that the transits are not always what you think they are going to be. I have also realized you cannot read your own astrology objectively!
Good luck and stick with it!

So true about not being able to read one’s own astrology objectively.

Hi, what would this combination mean in the natal chart both conjunct the IC

    • Georgina C Carter on April 21, 2017 at 9:09 am

maybe something to do with Love and transformation in the home, or in the innermost part of yourself finding transformation and growth through love. Pluto on your IC can indicate your home constantly changing or being re-created over and over in your life and with Juno there I’d think it’s got something to do with the most satisfying love being found in your home. Your marriage partner has a lot to do with Juno. IC is your inner most being or your physical home. The childhood home and your present home’s state.

It would mean a life changing marriage in which the individual’s family was involved. This could mean through a family introduction or the families are intertwined throughout generations.

Ooh wow this is happening in the next week or two AND transit Venus will be conjunct my Vertex as well and this is happening in my 5th house! I just started dating someone too, so we’ll see how this transit plays out!

  7. Kelli Fox on October 8, 2016 at 9:52 am

Ooh la la, lucky you! 🙂

  8. Iris on October 12, 2016 at 10:59 pm

I have the progressed Juno conjunct natal Pluto right about now
Also progressed Sun is within 1 degree orb from trining natal Jupiter (lord 7th house)
    Progressed Venus conjunct natal Moon
Progressed Vertex is exactly conjunct natal DC (Sagittarius)
NN is transiting exactly over my natal Sun 12° Virgo

I am in a relationship with the most amazing man I have ever met. I’m so hoping for a lifelong committed relationship with him. Do you think this might be it ?

  9. Sarah on October 29, 2016 at 12:28 pm

Would this description be the same if this conjunction was in a solar return chart?

  10. Kelli Fox on October 30, 2016 at 1:07 pm

Hi Sarah, yes, it would be similar in the Solar Return chart but would last longer – I year.

  11. Donna on January 8, 2017 at 8:03 pm

Pluto will conjunct my Juno soon, saturn just entered my 7th house, jupiter conjuncted my moon & Saturn will soon oppose my sun. My natal moon in house 5 squares Juno house 7. Been divorced for 30 years & hope this means some profound romance!

Here’s to new beginnings in 2017!

  13. Maria on April 20, 2017 at 10:54 pm

Hi Kelly, this conjunction is happening exactly on my 18 Capricorn ascendant and is also nearly in exact sextile with my Neptune, trine my moon, my Pluto and my Uranus, square my Mars, opposite my Mercury – having just left a square with my Saturn! I am happily married. What do you think about the ascendant aspect with those other influences? Thanks for your insight!

    • Kelli on April 22, 2017 at 12:12 pm

Hi Maria, thankfully the square to Saturn is done 🙂 There may be some changes to your relationship(s) and some may be unplanned. With mid life comes confidence we didn’t have in our 20’s etc…It looks like your relationship may have weathered some storms and now it’s time for (mostly) smooth sailing.

PS: thanks for sharing some other really great insights!

  14. Ruby G on May 4, 2017 at 6:11 pm

I have this on my 7th house and my partner have it on his 1st house. Can someone please tell me what those mean?

Hi. I was browsing juno to find this post. Curious, I checked my recent transits and, much to my astonishment, the very most absolutely beautiful human to my entire being did in fact enter into my life at this precise time. Yes, my world is rocked, my soul is become one and, now two months later, we are both deeply affirmed to each other that we are committed to one another at a level that is astonishing to say the least. Our composite is the most peaceful I have ever seen, with the added bonuses of south node conj asc and, moon opp sun/venus conjunction!
Well, that’s enough from me. Thank you so much for the deeply affirming, and enlightening post.
    Best regards,

  16. Zeezee on November 15, 2017 at 8:25 am

    Hi again.

I’ve just checked my partners transits for the same time… Coincidentally, she has Sun transiting her Juno at exactly the same time as pluto transits my Juno – and then I’ve found your sun/juno post…

    What else to say…?
It’s all true, it’s real, and it has happened.!

Or Solar return Juno Conjunct Pluto on the ASC, spells splitsville for married couples!

    Hey Kelli Fox!
Thank you for sharing, I’ve been trying to make sense of the main aspects in my natal chart.
I have Pluto conjunct Juno, Ixion, Priapus and Gallileo exactly at 28 Scorpio. I’ve been told it’s a powerful placement, and I’ve been in some very intense commitments, and I hope to learn how to utilize this potential for the best. I’ve also got Venus Stationed Direct in Scorpio 2 degrees, ruling the 3rd House (which also holds a stellium). I’ve yet to find any asteroids that share the placement, like Pluto has, but all in all, my relations run deep, and tend to really affect my whole life. I;m trying so hard to become as independent as possible but I also feel like relationships need to be a part of me- I also have Eros and Sapentia the same degree as my Sun at 1 Sagittarius and Pholus and Erato at the same degree near my ASC. I’ve had a lot of squares to work out, and most oppostions to my MC that I’m seriously needing to learn how to overcome because I want to be as successful as possible! I appreciate the information you have shared, that has help me get closer to better understandings of myself! 🙂 Just in case, I’ll leave my data if you are curious? 24/11/1994 12:01 AM Denver, CO USA

    • Kelli on March 22, 2018 at 4:36 pm

      Hi Athena,

thanks for sharing! I appreciate your kind comments. I know what you mean about working through the squares! Kelli
