The Going Gets Difficult

Kelli Fox
Pluto conjunct Saturn

You're in a once-in-a-lifetime period now, when structures and securities that you're accustomed to may be lost or taken away, and many of the things you've become dependent upon break down. If this sounds difficult, you're right; it will be. You must decide within yourself what's worth fighting for, and what you should let go of without a struggle.

The more you release, the easier this period will be, and the more you cling, the harder it will be. This is not to say that you should just drop everything, giving up without a fight. In fact, you can take great strides in developing your inner strength, determination and endurance during this influence, which is one of its chief benefits. This two-to-three-year period will call upon you to work very hard, and you probably won't see the results of your efforts right away. This effort may consume you to the point of strictly limiting your social life, so you shouldn't expect to have a lot of fun these days. In fact, you'll be feeling so serious that you won't be much in the mood for it anyway. Take care of your body, getting plenty of rest and regular exercise, for this transit can be hard on you physically.
