Your Pisces Pet

Your Pisces Pet

Humans aren’t the only ones on Earth affected by the planets’ movements. Just as you have a distinct personality, so does your beloved dog or cat — and just as your personality is affected by the position of the Sun at the moment of your birth, so is Fido’s or Tiger’s. Like their human counterparts, animals express their personality traits through the energy of the Sun, as filtered through the Signs of the Zodiac.

Read your pet’s Sign to discover how the Zodiac has influenced his or her personality. If you aren’t sure of your pet’s exact birth date, read through each Sign profile to find the one that fits your furry friend to a T. Chances are good that your pet was born when the fiery Sun was passing through that Sign.

Your Pisces dog or cat is a sensitive and deeply feeling animal, and you may find that he’s quite attuned to your emotions. When you’re happy, your Pisces pet is ecstatic. When you’re sad, she’s in your lap, licking your face or rubbing her furry body against you, doing her best to provide any comfort she can. That’s one of the best things about having a Pisces animal in your life — the unconditional devotion he gives you. Your job as his human companion is to return that devotion in kind. Pisces animals’ emotional sensitivities can often translate to physical ones, so watch for signs of depression or anxiety, such as bald patches in the fur, glassy eyes, or compulsive scratching or licking. These are likely indications that your Pisces pet needs some attention, whether simple affection or an actual visit to the veterinary clinic. It can also be tough to tell whether your Pisces pet is simply relaxed or if she’s actually feeling lethargic, so keep track of her food and water intake to be sure she’s in good health. Some Pisces animals are escape artists, so if yours spends any part of the day outdoors, be sure the fence around your yard is secure. Finally, just give your Pisces pet lots and lots of affection. With their gentle, adoring natures, Pisces dogs and cats tend to make wonderful family pets.
