Are You a Leader or a Follower, Pisces?

Kelli Fox

Leadership — based in natural power, courage and control, it’s a quality most people respect and many desire to possess. After all, who wouldn’t want to command a room as soon as they walked into it? We all want others to listen to us, to treat us with respect and to recognize our authority. But the world doesn’t just need leaders. It also needs followers — people who take direction well and comply with the rules; people who manifest others’ visions by carrying their ideas through to the finish. When it comes to getting great things accomplished, people rarely do it on their own. Instead, they join together in teams of leaders and followers — visionaries and those who bring those visions into reality. Thus, both leaders and followers are essential to progress. Are you a leader or a follower?

Pisces lacks many of the qualities of a good leader — in a wonderful way. Not being naturally competitive, you rarely feel the need to prove yourself to others. You aren’t concerned with power positions or hierarchies. You’re far more interested in supporting others as they chase down their dreams than you are in pushing your own agenda. Your go-with-the-flow perspective enables you to adapt well to change, which makes you an essential team member in times of transition or crisis. You can even serve as an emotional and spiritual beacon to others who are feeling hurt, lost or overwhelmed. On the other hand, you may not make the best follower, either — you’re a bit too adept at straying from the beaten path! No matter how sincerely you might want to follow directions, it’s all too easy for you to get distracted and wander off course. You operate best when you can rely on someone strong and trustworthy for partnership or guidance.

Well your purpose solved with my comment. There is at least one reader. .you are confusing leadership with dictatorship or infulencers. Leader is one who bring energies of everyone together to acomplish the thing /goal which is not acheiveable by an individual. Since each individual is human being, picians are very good at understanding each needs and requirment. It, picians if told can bring those energies to acomplashing the bigger goal. They first demostrate by serving first and later they get served by others.

Hmm.. well in my case I would love to help others anonymously, & see them achieving their goals with me out of the picture. i believe a good leader is someone who can made people say ‘yes, I did it’ & genuinely believe they achieve it by their own accord. That’s how I see ‘good leadership’ is but then again ..i could be wrong, it’s just how I personally see it, take it as a perspective from a piscean. Thank you for the insight, i appreciate the knowledge! 🙂

This is so not true. I’m a Pisces and I’m definitely a natural born leader

It’s so typical of astrologers your to paint pisces as mushy, soft, ambition less, caring, in misery personality,

In fact Pieces are ruthless, both men and women…..

While men keep their goals at the top, women can be most cunning when it comes to achieving what they desire. Superbly in Control of their emotions, pisces is a continuous learner, actually True leaders with mattel

None of that shit is true. A a Pisces man, I am in a position of power at my company. I have no desire to support anyone in any leadership position, as I expect other to support me. I have alway want to be in leadership position and will alway do so.
This article is stupid, always trying to make fellow Pisces weak! We are all not “helpers that just support” more “powerful signs” Flase and disgusting misinformation!

I agree astrology always paints us pisces as peasants who are weak and are only there to support or to put it simply suck up to the more aggressive signs because of this i have grown to hate pisces as i dont have anything in common with it i always get abusd as pisces is a fish and i get insults thrown at me. I sometimes question if i could stay a little longer inside my mom after march 4th.

      • Keep searching guys, maybe ull one day see that what's she's telling u is not what u see as in fact, the weakness as u described holds more strength in it than u can imagine if only u could exercise it on January 8, 2019 at 9:32 am

As a Pisces I have always been conflictual with every sign. My mom is Aquarius, my dad Aries and my brother Leo. I dominate all of them…my brother was my slave, my mother was my verbal abusive pincushion and I had a lot of physical fights with my dad. I was bullied and bullied kids growing up. I was always looking for trouble. Even if someone intimidated me I never backed down unless I got the crap beat out of me. I always was the leader and fought with leaders or competed against them. I put them down every chance I get because I know I am better and I don’t allow them to ever have anything up on me and I remind them of my confidence every chance I get. No one impresses me, I only impress myself. I was born March 16th for what it’s worth. But this whole Pisces are mushes thing is BS. I’ve always been the Alpha and have a lot of scars and been in the hospital a ton because of my stupid fearlessness. I had to tone that down out of risk to my family. That took out a lot of fun in my life including the love for conflict with strangers, anyone. I should have been born a gladiator. I would love that life…
